Massage Milestones rewards you for making your health a priority. Every milestone you reach earns Treatment Credit that can be used towards future appointments,product or gift vouchers—helping you stay consistent while investing in your long-term health.
How It Works:
Every 4th appointment earns you $15 Treatment Credit.
Every 8th appointment earns you $20 Treatment Credit.
Every 12th appointment earns you $25 Treatment Credit.
After your 12th appointment, the cycle resets and starts again at $15 on your next 4th visit.
Choose to redeem your credit on your next appointment or continue saving it towards future treatments, gift vouchers or home-care products.
How Do I Check My Milestones?
Every client has a unique Client ID made up of your initials and date of birth (for example, AC 08/10/80). Search your Client ID on our Massage Milestones checker below to instantly see your visit count and available treatment credit.
Unused treatment credit:
Expires 12 months after your last appointment.

There's no need to carry a loyalty card anymore.
Your Massage Milestones and Treatment Credits are securely tracked by your therapist and updated after each appointment.
I am currently working on implementing software that will securely streamline and digitally display your Massage Milestones and Treatment Credits online.

Can I use my treatment credit towards a gift voucher?
Yes.
Can I use my treatment credit on home-care products?
Absolutely! Treatment credit can be redeemed on selected home-care products.
Are Mobile Massages included for Massage Milestones?
Massage Milestones are currently available for clinic appointments only.
Mobile massage appointments have significantly higher operating costs, including travel time, fuel and vehicle expenses. To ensure the program remains sustainable while continuing to provide high-quality care, Massage Milestones are currently limited to appointments at the clinic.
Can I use my treatment credit towards a massage package?
No. Massage Milestones cannot be redeemed on Remedial Massage Packs, as packs already include their own discount. Treatment credit can be used towards individual massage appointments, gift vouchers, and home-care products.
