CAN I CLAIM PRIVATE HEALTH?
Yes, you can. I am a Registered Remedial Massage Therapist with approved provider status for Private Health Funds.
IS THERE A HICAPS MACHINE ON-SITE?
No, there is no HICAPS terminal available. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment. A detailed invoice will be emailed to you, which you can submit to your health fund for reimbursement.
WHICH APPOINTMENTS ARE ELIGABLE FOR PRIVATE HEALTH?
Only Remedial Massage appointments are covered by Private Health Insurance. Relaxation and Deep Tissue massages are considered out-of-pocket services.
DO YOU PROVIDE PREGNANCY MASSAGE?
-Yes, I provide this service. If you would like to claim with your Private Health, you will need to book this appointment as a "Remedial Massage".
-Pressures used in these appointments range from Soft to Firm.
-If you are 27 weeks+ you must be massaged lying on your side, Pregnancy pillows are not available.
ARE THERE 30-MINUTE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE?
Yes, 30-minute appointments are available by special request only. These sessions cannot be booked online. Please contact me directly to arrange a time.

DO YOU OFFER MOBILE MASSAGE SERVICES?
CAN DVA, MEDICARE OR NDIS COVER MY APPOINTMENT?
At this time, only Private Health Funds and Defense Health cover Remedial Massage. Services are not eligible under DVA, Medicare, or NDIS programs.
IT'S MY FIRST MASSAGE, WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Welcome! There’s no need to bring much—just loose, comfortable clothing. You may also bring a pair of shorts to wear during the session, if preferred.
IS THE ROOM WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Unfortunately, not. The massage room is located inside a gym facility and is only accessible via a flight of stairs.
DO I NEED TO UNDRESS FOR MY MASSAGE?
Only if you feel comfortable doing so. Massage can be performed with or without clothing. Please discuss any preferences or concerns with your therapist during your consultation.
Note: Fresh towels and blankets are always provided for modesty and comfort.
I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
If you have known sensitivities or allergies, you are welcome to bring your own lotion to use during the session. Alternatively, a “dry massage” (performed over clothing) is also available upon request.
CAN I PROVIDE FEEDBACK AFTER MY SESSION?
Absolutely. If you prefer to share feedback privately, you can request a digital feedback form to be emailed to you. All feedback—positive or constructive—is welcomed and appreciated, as it helps me grow as a therapist and business owner.


IS THERE FREE PARKING? HOW DO I ACCESS THE CLINIC?
Yes, free parking is available around the entire building.
Enter through the main doors of Gold’s Gym, walk past reception, turn left, and head up the stairs. The massage room is located on the left-hand side at the top of the stairs.
