CAN MOBILE APPOINTMENTS BE CLAIMED?
Yes, your appointment will be paid in full, the therapist will then send you your digital invoice so you can forward it to your private health provider.
ARE YOU A REGISTERED THERAPIST?
Yes, I am an Australian trained and registered Remedial Massage Therapist.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
You can pay for your appointment via Cash, Bank Transfer or EFTPOS; I will have a portable EFTPOS machine available that accepts all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express, along with mobile wallets like Apple Pay, Google Wallet, and Samsung Pay.
If you wish to prepay over the phone, please add this onto your form.
CAN YOU DO BACK TO BACK BOOKINGS?
Yes, I certainly can, please put this on your form.
ARE CHAIR MASSAGES AVAILABLE?
Yes, they certainly are. Please put this on your form so I can arrange this equipment for your appointment.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU DO MOBILE MASSAGES?
Saturday's to Tuesday's. If you are needing Wednesday's to Friday's please mention this in your email.
WHAT TIMES DO YOU DO MOBILE MASSAGES?
My work hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, if you request my mobile services 6:00 pm onwards there is a call out fee (start time) that will be added to your invoice.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES FOR MASSAGES IN NSW?
+$20 travel fee is added to your invoice for clients who live in:
Gundaroo, Murrumbateman, Michaleago, Sutton, Wamboin, Bywong, Bungendore.

+$30 travel fee is added to your invoice for clients who live in:
Murrumbatemen to Yass region & Murrumbatemen to Goulburn region.

HOW MUCH FLOOR SPACE WILL I NEED FOR THE THERAPIST?
You will need to have at least a 2m x 2m floor space for me to place the table on that is hazard free.
WHAT OILS DO YOU USE?
I mainly use plain Melrose H2O oil, scented balm is also available: Lemongrass & Ginger, and Lavendar & Bergamot (If you wish to have scented balm, please mention this in your form).
It is perfectly fine if you wish to use your own oils or lotions instead.
DO I NEED TO UNDRESS FOR MY MASSAGE?
Only if you feel comfortable doing so. Massage can be performed with or without clothing, other options are to wear shorts during the appointment. Please discuss any preferences or concerns with your therapist during your consultation.
Note: Fresh towels and blankets are always provided for modesty and comfort.

ARE THEIR DISPOSABLE UNDERWEAR AVAILABLE?
Yes, please inform the therapist before or at the end of the consultation so they can prepare it for you. There is a strict underwear policy in place or the appointment will not commence.
DO I NEED TO FILL OUT ANY FORMS?
Yes, If you are a new client to the business, I will send you an Intake Form to fill out, please complete this before your appointment.
