At Soft Tissue Solutions Canberra, I understand that unexpected situations may arise. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies:
No-Shows & Cancellations
As a courtesy to your therapist and fellow clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (excluding genuine emergencies or illness), will incur a 100% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service.
• Fees must be paid at the time of notice, at your next appointment, or within 7 days of receiving an invoice.
Late Arrivals
To ensure all clients receive their full treatment time:
• Arriving late may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting the next scheduled client.
• You will still be responsible for the full service fee, regardless of the time remaining.
• In the event your therapist is slightly delayed due to prior appointments or preparation, any missed time will be added to the end of your session, where possible.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Available in $125, $180 and $250 denominations.

Valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase.

Can be purchased online (E-Gift Voucher), over the phone, or in person.

Physical Gift Vouchers cannot be reloaded or topped up once redeemed. Only E-Gift Vouchers if you wish to.

Treatment Credit can be used towards the purchase of a Gift Voucher, please inform the therapist to assist you with this.

At the time of purchase, please provide the recipient’s full name and/or email address for record-keeping purposes.

If a voucher is lost or stolen, a $10 replacement fee will apply. A new voucher code will be issued, and the original code will be invalidated. Refunds are not available once a new voucher is issued or used for cash.

Gift Vouchers do not count for a "Refer a friend" discount, as this is a prepurchase gift.

Gift Vouchers are not eligible for private health rebate.

Discounts & Referrals
-Discounts cannot be used towards Remedial Massage Packs as they are already at a discounted price.
Current discount systems: Refer a Friend, Stepz10 and Massage Milestones.

-Stepz Fitness client must only use their 10% discount on singular appointments.
-Expiry dates for discounts is for 12 months from your last appointment, after 12 months the discount is no longer valid for usage.
Refer a friend - 12 months from the date your friend has paid in full.
Massage Milestones - 12 months from your last appointment.
Stepz Fitness - Only for Stepz gym members, and to be used only on singular appointments.
