From there, everything is set up for you. Your visits will start counting toward rewards straight away, and you’ll be guided on how to get the most value from your plan.

I’m interested in getting a Recovery Membership for the packs—how do I book?
Easy, head to the "Book Now page" and select “Ongoing Packs”, then choose your preferred session length.
From there, you’ve got two options:

Book your first appointment online – your therapist will organise and schedule the remaining sessions for you.

Book in person – we can set up your full pack together at the clinic.
Either way, we’ll make sure your appointments are spaced correctly so you get the best results from your pack.
Can you upgrade?
Yes—you can move from the Rewards Program into a pack at any time. Need flexibility? Memberships can be paused when needed. No sign-up fee. Just a smarter way to take care of your body.
What if I don’t want to be part of a program?
That’s completely fine. There are no changes to standard bookings, treatments, or policies. You can continue as usual. Packs are still available at full price, but without program benefits. All services remain claimable through HICAPS.
Are the programs transferable?
No—memberships, packs, and rewards are non-transferable.
I’ve already referred a friend and left a Google review—what happens now?
Congratulations—you’ve unlocked the next stage of your rewards.
Can I use multiple rewards in one visit?
No—only one reward can be redeemed per visit.
Can I leave feedback about the Loyalty Programs?
Yes—constructive feedback is always welcome and appreciated.
For pack clients, how does the 10-minute bonus work?
The 10-minute massage bonus is included within your 60-minute treatment.
How do I unlock bonus rewards?
To unlock bonus rewards and 5 Pack rewards: Leave a Google review Refer one friend (they must attend their appointment before your reward is unlocked)
What if my therapist is sick or away?
A note will be placed on your account, so your progress and eligibility are protected.
Can I still claim through HICAPS?
Yes—all treatments remain claimable.
Are brochures available?
Yes—physical brochures are available at the clinic.
